September 13th is National Grandparents Day, a day dedicated to honoring our grandparents and showing them our appreciation.
The day’s purpose is cited as “…to honor grandparents, to give grandparents an opportunity to show love for their childrens’s children, and to help children become aware of strength, information, and guidance older people can offer.”
